Cedar Woods shares our dedication to providing opportunities for young people in need to thrive and grow.
Research has shown that early intervention is key to preventing entrenched disadvantage, highlighting a direct correlation between external support and the rates of high school graduation and university enrolment.
To address this, Cedar Woods is supporting 100 young Australians in need across primary, secondary and tertiary education on our Learning for Life program.
This program provides students and families with a combination of financial assistance for school essentials such as uniforms, and books, personal support for the child and their family, and access to our extra learning and mentoring programs – tailored to each child’s needs.
In addition to this, Cedar Woods is deeply engaged in volunteering for The Smith Family, participating in student career expos, hosting Work Inspiration programs and actively raises funds through our annual Dream Run and Christmas Giving Tree events.
Our shared vision of a world where every child has the opportunity to change their future forms a strong foundation for our partnership. Cedar Woods helps us to provide young people with educational support and real-life experiences to allow them to unlock their true potential and thrive now and into their futures.
