When we are working with our families, we have to not just feel that we're making a difference, but we have to be able to demonstrate to ourselves, and thus our supporters, that we're making a real difference in people's lives.
Nicholas Moore joined The Smith Family as Chairman of the Board in 2019 and has helped to guide the development of our new Five-Year Strategy.
Nicholas was drawn to our organisation by the practical help provided in support of children’s education, that is backed by evidence and that demonstrates impact.
“I think the ambition that the organisation has of being able to do it for more families and for more students and children out there, I think that is a wonderful ambition and aspiration,” he says.
